JMU 5k

I ran the JMU homecoming 5k on Oct. 17.  It was a great race and I ran a post-surgery PR.  I felt really good about the experience.

I am finishing my marathon of summer travel with a visit at my sister's in Dayton.  After this week I will return to Northern Virginia ready to start a new semester and some interesting side projects.  More to come...
