The house has fallen on me and someone took my ruby slippers. No worries, I will resurrect and be redder and fuzzier than ever. In all seriousness, what is killing me is not commenting on these mid-terms elections. They're so exciting! But my work in connection with them in addition to my new teaching gig, my grad school classes, my prolonged homeless period, and about 100 other things are keeping me from sitting down. And even when I do sit, I immediately pass out because I'm so exhausted. Never worry, my pretty. The biting insights of RFJ will be back in full effect within days. I just have to get out from under this pile of stress that has befallen upon me. Till then, read about the latest sex and money scandals on the Hill and dream of a bright morning Nov. 8th.
In the meantime, watch this clip posted on Americablog... it's a campaign ad that says what RFJ has said all along. Who are these people who take it upon themselves to block medical research that could improve and even save millions of lives. Are they doctors? Are they scientists? Nope, they're puppets of the unhinged fringe. If we do anything this November, let's please kick them out of office. Godspeed!
